As an outsourcing partner, GKK PARTNERS takes care of all ongoing payroll accounting tasks, monthly and annual reports, the preparation of personnel statistics and the supervision of payroll tax and social security audits. On request, we can also manage the holiday files ourselves. In this context, we naturally also fulfil the statutory retention obligations for all payroll documents.

One possibility of cooperation is the pre-entry of payroll-relevant data in a pre-entry programme provided by us, or the transfer of this data from a programme already used by the client (e.g. time recording programme). We then access this data as part of payroll accounting and thus prevent double entry.

Alternatively, we also offer a personnel management system with which the complete personnel administration can be carried out. This programme is then already equipped with an interface to our payroll accounting programme.

For the area of travel expenses, our personnel management system can be expanded to include the travel expenses or travel expense pre-recording programmes on request.
